The Gates of Prosper is a joint venture project between Bluestar and Lincoln Property Company. It is located at the intersection of 380 and Preston Road, just East of the North Dallas Tollroad, in the City of Prosper. The site is over two-hundred acres and is planned for over two million sf of commercial real estate use. One of the more exciting features of the plan is the connection of the town-center to the multi-family to the North, by means of a green, pedestrian oriented pathway.
